Kidney Friends

I've had this for about half a year.
I went to the doctor and she did blood work, as well as urine tests and found nothing wrong and send me home said it was probably a muscle strain. However i still experience the kidney discomfort and its getting worse now... Anyone with similar experiences?

i would check with a kidney doc- neph. i have always had pain w/o retention. off and on for me when i had an infection or if i was dehydrated. how much salt do u use? maybe cutting back and how much fluid do u drink? i would get a 2nd opinon.

What did the doctor say about the fluid retention? I would
insist on further testing, because there should be a reason as to
why.
