Interesting and looks like it will be helpful to me.
Many items are the use-in-moderation variety (like onions) though they aren't identified as such...
It will give me ideas for our grocery list. DH does the shopping and I'm not used to new guidelines/suggestions at all. It's also hard to come up with new ideas when your stomach is routinely not too settled! ; )

where was this list when I was on conventional dialysis!
that's great to have. Now that I'm on nocturnal
I can pretty much eat just about what I want, but this
still comes in handy and definitely VERY useful for our
more diet restricted friends.
I will move this thread to the top Wink
Well that is probably the best list I've seen...good one ...well done !!
Badcomputer i couldn't pick it up can u e-mail it? Giggle
deb54...I can't find a way to copy this for you. You might try going to:

http://www.zemplar.com/zemplar/pdfs/ (Type this into your browser if clicking on it doesn't get you there.)

Then find: Suggested-Grocery-List.pdf

Hope this helps.

That link even didn't work for me. I haven't been here for awhile but people are asking for this on the DaVita forums (this was only posted here, DaVita and kidneySpace.com). Doesn't anyone have a copy of it downloaded or something? I think I did at one point but my drive was lost when I had to upgrade the computer so I lost all old pdf's (I was lucky I was able to get some lost files from Jester but not this one).
