I thought it would be interesting to share things that we do. So I will start. Post pics too if you like!!Yesterday I made home made bread and some cookies that I didn't have to bake . They taste like krispy krunch bars. After supper we went out in boat catching mackeral. We caught about 30 or 40 of them. Hubby fileted them and we gave most of them away to friends!! I had some cooked for supper night before last. They are delicious when they are fried golden brown.
Today was up 6am as the sun was shinning. too nice to stop in bed.
About 11am took my self off to town on the bus (I don't drive) browsed round the shops. gor soem money as at th weekend want to go to a local food festival. May see something nice.
what did I buy today socks for grand kids for school.
Naughty but nice desserts, bread & butter pudding and proffitroles.
Magagzines so when I came hoem made lunch and sat in the garden. Now too hot had to come indoors.
Yesterday, I got up around 6:00 a.m. and got ready for work and then went to Hardee's to get a steak biscuit and then made it to work and stayed at work until around 1:30 and took a late lunch and went to meet a friend, came back to work until 4:00 and then I had to stop by a funeral home because one of my best friends lost her Uncle. I stayed there for about 30 minutes and then left and went to dialysis, what fun! I literally was shaking at dialysis last night for some reason. I can't understand why sometimes I feel like I am freezing and sometimes I don't, does anyone know why you freeze sometimes and sometimes you don't? I always have a blanket with me and I covered myself up from head to toe and was STILL shivering. Then I left dialysis, stopped by Taco Bell, yes, I am a junk food eater because I live alone and I do not like to cook just for myself, so I either eat out or at a friend's house. I went home and pretty much went straight to bed but did not sleep very well and was up around 4:30, I was so frustrated that I could not sleep. Oh well, for once I was "almost" on time for work! LOL

Yesterday, I went to the dialysis center and got them to swab my exit site to make sure there is no infection, then she scheduled a consultation with my surgeon to get the skin removed from around my cath. Then I went to the bank and paid a little on my credit card. Then I picked up my meds at the pharmacy, bought my grandmother a pack of cigs, went to her house for about an hour, came home, finished cleaning my room and my dialysis stuff, and cleaned the kitchen.
Went and picked a couple 4l pails of Black berries.
Walked dog on beach, went to work (school teaching) went to gym, hubby cooked curry, got ready for Nocturnal hemo, tried to get to sleep.
up early and out of the house, had dialysis clinic which took almost
2 hours to get there, heavy traffic. Had to hang around for a while after
clinic for another app't . Had my boys with me, so we went for lunch and
walked around the shops. On our way home we stopped at Dairy Queen where I had a banana shake, they are sooooo goood

Today I baked bread (again) . Trying to get some in the freezer for when I go back to work. I warmed up left overs for supper and did a couple of loads of laundry. After supper we went out in boat. A friend of ours who lives about an hour away came and went with us. His brother and wife and 9 yr old daughter who are home from Ontario for a visit went too. What a time we had catching mackeral. Everybody caught lots and lots. The little girl had a wonderful time . She caught a lot herself . What a memory for her!! It was a beautiful moonlit night when we came in. Not a breeze of wind on the water!!
We don't have a Dairy Queen down here. We had one in Alabama, and they shut it down, but they are building one here finally! I can't wait! I miss it!
Today, I've been sitting in front of the computer ALL DAY, except for when I got up and washed a load of clothes. I'm about to take a shower, then I'll clean the kitchen and cook dinner. It was a lazy day.

My husband was erecting a TV aerial on the side of the house all was OK till he drilled a hole in the wall of the house into the lounge he hit a central heatign water pipe! so had to call a plumber out to repair the pipe. He was in my house 45 minutes bill was £80 standard call out fee.......................I was not happy.
